Change Your Mind Change Your Body™ Workshop

Founded by Jody Miller in Fall 2005, the CYM Workshop was created to help women achieve sustainable weight loss by fostering a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Unlike quick fixes or restrictive diets, this program emphasizes long-term behavioral change and overall wellness. With over 35 groups conducted since its inception, CYM continues to provide a unique and transformative experience for women seeking to live longer, healthier lives.

The workshop is offered virtually once or twice a year and includes 12 weekly sessions, each lasting 75 minutes. Every session covers a specific wellness topic designed to support both physical and mental health.

The CYM Workshop uses a positive-reinforcement approach within a supportive group setting. While encouraging shared experiences and insights, the program also respects each participant’s individual needs and preferences.
