About Jody Miller
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
Jody Miller is the owner and director of Women’s Health & Support Services, a Medical-Fitness practice. Jody is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who works with women and men of all ages to help them achieve weight loss and fitness goals, ultimately reducing the risk of chronic disease.
Jody’s specialties include Clinical Fitness Assessment, Exercise Training, Nutrition Coaching and Lifestyle Medicine Wellness. She is the creator of the Change Your Mind Change Your Body™ Wellness Program.
In addition to healthy clients, Jody is trained to work with patients with chronic diseases and conditions who are referred by and under the care of a licensed physician. This includes patients with cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, metabolic disorders and obesity, cancer, orthopedic, neuromuscular, and immune-related disorders.
Jody’s focus is behavior change and sustainable life-long non-diet and exercise approaches addressing an array of health concerns including but not limited to: Hypertension – Diabetes - Chronic Pain – Pregnancy – Infertility - Menopause - Multiple Sclerosis - Arthritis - Osteoporosis.
Jody is a member of and received the Clinical Exercise Physiologist credential from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She is a member of the Clinical Exercise Physiology Association (CEPA), IDEA Health and Fitness Association, and has received the Exercise is Medicine EIM™ designation
