Change Your Mind Change Your Body™ is a behavior modification program developed by Jody Miller, MA, CEP, that provides a framework with which to explore, identify and change the behaviors that are preventing optimal healthy body weight and healthy nutrition.
It is designed for those who have significant weight to lose as well as those who are trying to maintain a healthy weight and addresses the needs of every fitness level. The program philosophy takes into consideration individual life circumstances so that every participant can personalize their experience.
