Initial Assessment and Follow up

The full Fitness Assessment includes health history, body composition, aerobic capacity, and muscular strength and flexibility testing. Follow up session includes results summary, goal setting and exercise prescription.

*2 sessions – to be scheduled within 1-2 weeks of each other

Fitness Training/Personal Training

Individual training sessions include cardiovascular/aerobic, muscular strength/endurance, postural, and coordination exercises. Every exercise prescription is customized for optimal results.

Consultation

One hour sessions can be scheduled to address personal health concerns incorporating therapeutic exercise, fitness training, nutrition guidance and/or wellness coaching as needed.

Nutrition Guidance

Weekly food journals are completed and mailed in or sent online- calorie and nutrition guidance are provided by phone or email.
*applicable for clients who are not scheduling ongoing individual sessions

Telephone Consultation/email follow-up

For clients living long distance, weight loss, nutrition guidance, and wellness coaching are all offered via telephone and skype.
